MEET YOUR HOSTS
 | Hello everyone my name is Randy Odenbach, (pictured left). I'm from Dallas, South Dakota. Along with my wife Lisa, and my kids Gaige age 15, Mackenzie age 12, and Reece age 5 and we have lived here all our lives. With the friendly people and many hunting options, this area makes a great place to raise kids. We live on our family farm southwest of Dallas, South Dakota and still actively farm. We raise cattle and raise a lot of alfalfa and grass hay. |
Our kids attend school in Gregory, South Dakota which is 10 miles east of our farm. Gregory is a small community that is growing year to year. Gregory recently built a brand new school and moved into it just this year, the kids were really excited. To go with the excellent sports programs and education this new school was a welcome addition to an already growing community. My wife Lisa grew up in Winner, South Dakota not far from Dallas. She currently works for the Tripp County, FSA office in Winner. Lisa and I have been married for 16 years, and she does all the kid duties during the hunting season.
I have been hunting and guiding on Majestic Ranch for over 17 years and had the opportunity to meet a lot of great people and make a lot of friends in that time. I feel this ranch has the potential of growing some trophy Merriam Turkey, Whitetail and Mule Deer with the proper management. By taking limited numbers of hunters will increase the possibility to harvest trophy game. I am looking forward to talking to all of you in the future and hoping you will book a hunt with us and have the opportunity to harvest a trophy deer or turkey. The great hunting, food and lodging, makes a hunt with Majestic Ranch second to none.
Yours truly, Randy Odenbach Home phone 1-605-835-8971 Cell phone 1-605-830-2559

 | Hi, my name is Rod Fortuna, (pictured left). I'm from Gregory, South Dakota and have also lived here all my life. I have been good friends with Randy since grade school. I am currently employed at Rosebud Electric in Gregory, South Dakota. I have been employed there since 1996. I have been married to my wife Jeannie for 18 years and we are raising four kids. Nolan age 14, Josie age 12, Alyssa age 10, and Nathan age 2. They also attend school in Gregory, South Dakota. |
My wife Jeannie was born and raised in Winner, South Dakota. She is currently employed at Avera Gregory Healthcare Center, as a home health nurse. She has been employed there for 17 years and enjoys the many people she cares for.
Along with Randy, I feel this ranch has tons of potential for trophy game. About 50 percent of the deer that were harvested this year were never seen while scouting. That says a lot about the deer herd, the terrain, and the management of the wildlife on this ranch. We are very strict on the number of hunters taken every year, which is great for the hunter. Randy and I have known each other for a long time and made the decision to limit the number of hunters for the purpose of growing trophy game. With this ranch being 13,000 acres all in one contiguous piece, it gives us that option. I have been hunting with Randy for many years and we both are putting our heads together to better serve you the hunter with great accommodations and possibilities for harvesting trophy game. I'm looking forward to meeting everybody that hunts this great area. And wait till you meet Randy he'll make your trip a memorable one!!!
Thank you, Rod Fortuna Home phone 1-605-835-9454 Cell phone 1-605-830-2785 |

Also pictured are the future hunting guides for Majestic Ranch. Rod Fortuna’s son Nolan, (pictured left top) and Randy Odenbach’s son Gaige, (pictured left bottom). These two pick up the slack while hunting and both have that keen eye for spotting the big one. They both have really come a long way in the patience department.
Both Rod and Randy love spending time with their kids and at the same time teaching them some of our never before shared hunting secrets. Although I have more of them then Rod. They also look forward to meeting you all! So come and hunt with us and take in what this beautiful ranch has to offer. And remember take your kids hunting and fishing, life is short make the best of it.
